  • don’t take long showers
  • shower instead of taking baths
  • wash clothes in lower temperatures and less often
  • don’t through away food if it’s still good
  • reduce intake on meat go for seafood and fish instead
  • or consider going vegan or becoming vegetarian instead
  • buy seasonal and locally gown food
  • choose public transportation when you can
  • save energy by not having electronics on standby when you don’t need them
  • take advantage of the daily light
